It's a great book to read and relook at traditional medical treatments for cancer. It provides information that advocates whole new different approach in curing cancer, which is almost impossible now with traditional medical establishment. One thing mentioned in the book as one of the most effective ways of curing cancer is Essiac tea. If you do your research, you will find thousands of testimonies how it has helped cancer patients and possibly cured cancer. But watch out the recommendation for a supplier who is selling Essiac Tea named "Discounted Essiac Tea" in the book. That is a business run by a couple called Bryan and Gina Paulhus. After a couple of friends used this product, they all reported this tea was not authentic and didn't work in the way that Essiac tea should have worked. Their tea is also 50% more expensive than an Essiac tea formula on Amazon called Starwest Botanicals Organic Essiac Tea while the couple claimed they were the cheapest Essiac tea ever. More importantly, they require you to take their tea for AT LEAST 6 MONTHS to see any effect. This is just ridiculous. My mom is a PCP plus herbalist for 46 years. Mom said if a herbal formula actually worked for you, you should have seen noticeable results within days, not weeks even months. The couple actually used many "successful testimonies" on their website, up to this point we are suspicious whether they are real or not. My friend realized the tea was not working and so went back to ask for return and refund. Guess what, they used many excuses not to refund her despite they claimed "6 months money back guarantee" on their website.Essiac tea is used by many cancer patients, whose lives may be counted by days. They don't have the luxury to go for 6 months to find out a "claimed successful treatment" not working or not working in the way it should be. This is murderous and extremely brutal for someone who is struggling with his or her life!
